Coach Transformation provides experiential, interactive, and highly engaging coach training in Trinidad and Tobago and worldwide. Our Certified Professional Coach (CPC) course is the first level of our Coach Certification Programs and ICF Accredited Coach Certification Training Programs, designed to help professionals gain the right knowledge and skills to coach professionally and obtain the ACC ICF Credential Training.
After passing Coach Transformation’s final performance evaluation, you receive the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certificate from Coach Transformation. Upon completion of the training and mentoring with us, you can move forward to apply for ICF ACC Credential (with minimum experience hours).
Our Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) program is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP; Level 2) of 125 hours. For those who have
completed the ICF Level 1 pathway (or people who hold the ACC credential), this program will be shortened to 65 hours.
Coach Transformation’s Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) is designed for coaches who want to earn an ICF PCC (Level 2) credential and EMCC

Dr. Syed’s client list includes leaders from companies like Amex, HSBC, Pepsi, DHL, UNB, and LightHouse Arabia. He is known for his ability to take seemingly complex issues and break them down into easily solvable opportunities for organizations and individuals.
Throughout her life and career, Franda has always had a love for serving others. Professionally, she worked in the Health Care profession for over 30 years. She has previously conducted workshops in Conflict Resolution, Personal Empowerment, Drug Prevention, Intervention and Support, and Cultural Diversity in the Workplace. She is also a certified facilitator and moderator and is the lead facilitator for the CTA Skill Builder Platform. As a coach trainer and mentor, her mission is to encourage, train, motivate, and mentor all aspiring coaches through comprehensive group and one-on-one training.
Ritu is a well-rounded professional with 15 years of corporate experience. She has worked with various global giants like Expedia, Ebookers, Orbitz & Cheap Tickets, Travelocity as a Learning and Development professional. As an Executive Coach, she works with motivated senior corporate professionals and entrepreneurs to develop their personal leadership style, work through complex goals and challenges and design a holistic lifestyle. Samina Karimi has spent more than a decade in university lecture halls, developing and nurturing young minds, as an English language facilitator and Developmental Economist lecturer. Her experience in coaching non-native speakers of English, hailing from diverse cultures, nationalities and age groups, to master English as a first language, make her an expert in chunking any subject in a simple, easy-to-grasp manner.
