Our methodology of training in this executive coaching certification program or any other coach training program that we design is a blended learning experience for grasping new concepts in coaching. Coach Transformation’s executive coach training certification program covers organization development models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models, and other important executive coaching tools and techniques, along with ICF coaching competencies. You will also practice the core competencies of coaching and how to apply them in your executive coaching practice sessions.

After you complete all the modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure you have a sufficiently high level of coaching learning and can effectively apply that learning in real-life situations. After completing the coach training, the performance evaluation, and getting the SCPC certificate, you can submit our certificate to the ICF after completing other requirements set by the ICF for PCC credentialing. This level 2 credential from the ICF, after attending executive coaching training from Coach Transformation, further enhances your professional profile and opens doors to a wide range of coaching opportunities.
