"You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself." - The Wizard of Oz

My role as a coach is to accompany and guide people through the often-uncertain process of change and transformation. Exploring your ways to find the right star and direction for yourself , empowering yourself and discovering the new Vibrant You !!

A transformational approach involves a shift in focus to a way being that honors who you are at your core and creates space to grow into who you're meant to become. She has been an important participant in several coaching communities; her London based Topups (personal development for experienced coaches) are generally sold out. Scientific approach Lori is a pioneer in integrating neuroscience into coach training. Consistent with her applied science degrees and experiences, Lori found it natural to apply neuroscience to the world of coaching and personal development.

As research was released, Lori immediately started using neuroscience to explain how and why coaching tools work. She has since become a leading figure teaching coaches globally to include neuroscience in their coaching and has equipped them with the skills and tools that they need to take their clients - especially those more analytical clients - on transformational journeys.

Using practical tools and learning objectives to develop transformational leadership and workplace agility so experiential learning and growth are woven into the fabric of the organisation.

His internationally acclaimed and awarded book "Best Behaviour" introduces a ground-breaking inside out objectives-based development framework for coaching capability. The HR Director describes the book as a “tool chest of advice, direction and instruction that will reinvigorate the profession of HR and put it back in its rightful place as the powerhouse of an organisation.”

Tony is a commercial accountant and change specialist with a career spanning strategic planning, business transformation, HR systems, and IT projects, in global organisations including Oracle, Fonterra, KPMG, Canon and American Express. Tony conceived his Balanced Behavioural Development Model (BBDM) at a time HR was being disrupted through outsourcing.
While working on a HR Insourcing start-up targeting small to medium businesses, Tony felt the need to emphasise the importance of HR as a coaching function for organisational and strategic development. Originally the model was a simple construct showing how our evolving emotional resonance and associations influences our functional preference or strengths. His unique approach to development enables leaders to motivate and coach employees to step outside their comfort zones and offer up their whole authentic selves.

Tony writes regular articles on his behavioural approaches including for the HR Director and is an Opinion Columnist for the CEO World Magazine. Through his work, Tony understands the value in leaders who are self-assured, authentic and true to themselves, and as a result, are true to others and the organisation. These leaders are generalists in all functions including HR, Marketing and Communications and can connect and empower specialist skill sets. They lead from the heart and perceive the world from the Inside-out using their capability as an objective defined system. To appreciate how technology impacts on capability, or to be analytical and predictive, leaders as coaches need to have also mastered their opposing Outside-in linear capability.

Tony mentors and coaches HR Professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs through his Outperf4m consulting business and associations with AHRI, StartOut, the SGLBA and Out for Leadership.

Tony lives in Sydney Australia where he is an active member of his community, socialising with purpose and enjoys bike riding and outdoor pursuits with friends.

            CEO of CRR Global

Born in South Africa, Marita was on the forefront of activism groups protesting apartheid. She received degrees in Social Work and Medical Social Work from the University of Stellenbosch.

She joined the Faculty of the University of Cape Town School of Social Work after completing her training in Psychiatric Social Work at Cape Town University. During this time she became a specialist in Family Systems Therapy and had extensive practice as a Family Systems Therapist in Cape town. After leaving South Africa Marita became a world citizen, lived and consulted in England, the British and American West Indies, and Puerto Rico before finally settling in America.

Marita extended her academic and professional expertise in the United States with qualifications in Process Work, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Coaching and Team Coaching. It was from this rich mix of professional training and expertise that the ICF accredited Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) was evolved.

Currently she is a consultant to several large organizations and mentor to a large number of practitioners in the field of Team Coaching. In addition, she designs curriculum and operates training programs for coaches, executives and teams.

One of the current foci for Marita and the CRR Global team is on how to equip Agilists with the necessary tools and skills using Relationship Systems Work to put people over process in the global field of Agile.

One of the principles of RSI is that 'systems are in a constant state of Emergence'. The current and recent pandemic of the corona virus is a primary example of that constant state of emergence that when the signals were not heeded, turned into an emergency! Within the body of ORSC and Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) lies the tools and skills with which coaches and change agents can step up to create FROM this emergence rather than react TO it. This is the current charge that she is leading in the world of team and systems coaching.

            Senka Holzer

Professional Coach & Molecular Medicine PhD

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the biochemical connection between our minds and bodies. What began as a youthful curiosity grew into a life-long drive to understand how the connection works. Finally, intuition and scientific interest led me to my specialty – heart physiology.

I was born in Novi Sad, Serbia, at a time of political and economic turmoil. My early life was filled with both great and not-so-great experiences: winning the Serbian team ping-pong championship and twice being named best student of the year. On the downside, I lived through three wars and one of the world’s worst instances of inflation. These early experiences, some intensely difficult at the time, have helped me develop resilience which I wanted to understand on the “molecular” level.

After completing studies in biochemistry at the University of Novi Sad, I moved to Graz, Austria, to attend a PhD program in molecular medicine. Soon after graduation, I was awarded the Austrian Science Fund most prestigious postdoctoral fellowship for young female scientists, which led me to the University of California, Davis. While living in California, I entered the world of coaching by completing Professional Coaching for Life and Work, at the UC Davis Extension, and The Science of Happiness, at UC Berkeley.

I left the coach-training program inspired to learn more about life values, in particular about their origin: are our values our own, or do we pick them up from other sources? In addition, I was determined to understand whether disconnect from our value system can have detrimental effects on our heart. I organized a team of coaches, educators and scientists to conduct a large experimental study on life values and how values-based coaching can change levels of wellbeing and stress. In 2015, the study won the 1st Place Research Award at the Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare Conference organized by McLean Hospital’s Institute of Coaching, and Harvard Medical School.

As a young adult, I realized that my experience of the world was quite uncommon. I somehow, miraculously, made it through the childhood feeling grateful for the hard times, as well as feeling completely authentic. The idea of being “vulnerable” sounded odd to me, because I grew up in a time and place where hiding myself behind an image made no sense – being vulnerable was normal. I’ve started the Science2Wellbeing in order to turn empirical observations that have helped me maintain a deeply optimistic worldview into evidence-based concepts on how you can promote cardiac health and overall wellbeing by creating a state of satisfaction that weathers the ups and downs of life in a constantly changing world.
