ICF Mentor Coaching Course
10 Hours of Mentor Coaching – Deepen your coaching skills
Mentor coaching is a mandatory part of your coach certification journey as the International Coach Federation (ICF) requires coaches to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching. Coach Transformation Academy has designed mentor coaching in compliance with the ICF’s definition and the guideline of mentor coaching. ICF coach certification requires coaches to complete a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching, out of which 7 hours should be group mentor coaching and 3 hours should be individual (one to one) mentor coaching.

What is Mentor Coaching?
ICF Mentor coaching is a process where you are coached on your coaching skills in preparation for the ICF certification as a certified coach. It follows a different approach than coaching on work goals, personal elements, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of your coaching skill.
