CTA’s Executive Coaching Certification Program

CTA’s Executive Coaching Certification is delivered as part of our Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) Level 2 program, an ICF Level 2 Accredited Coach Training Program. The program has been reviewed and approved by the ICF, and the training hours earned count directly toward your ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential application, the most widely recognized credential for practicing executive coaches globally.

Program Overview

The program is structured as 125 hours of ICF-accredited training, typically completed over six to twelve months. It is designed for working professionals. Participants dedicate about 8 to 10 hours per week to live online sessions, coaching practice, and coursework. There are no prerequisites for enrollment. You do not need prior coaching experience or certification to join. Both absolute beginners and those with previous coach-specific training are welcome. If you have already completed 60 hours of coach-specific training, such as CTA’s Level 1 program, the program is streamlined to 65 additional hours. You can complete this in about three to four months at a similar weekly commitment. This makes it an efficient path to your executive coaching certification and PCC credential if you have already begun your journey.

Your Executive Coaching Certification & ICF Credential

Upon completing all program requirements, including training hours, practical coaching hours, mentor coaching, and a final performance evaluation, you will receive CTA’s Certifications. Practical coaching hours are completed both through peer coaching and coaching real clients. You may arrange this independently or with CTA’s facilitation. This hands-on experience ensures you apply your learning in real-world settings and develop true coaching proficiency. This certificate formally recognizes you as a Certified Coach trained to ICF standards.

Your CTA Executive Coaching Certification is fully recognized by the ICF and is an important document in your ICF PCC credential application. The ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential is the most respected executive coaching credential worldwide. CTA’s program is specifically designed to help you earn it.
