Online Executive Coaching Certification Programs in Vietnam

Coach Transformation Academy conducts online executive coaching certification courses which is accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation) in 60 hours of coaching training, 10 hours of Executive coaching specialization and 10 hours of mentor coaching and an additional optional 5 hours business builder module with 5 hours of assignments. You will attend 60 hours of coaching training first, then you will undergo specialization program which is conducted as 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of completion and submission of assignment, specialization module is designed to master coaching skills into executive coaching skills. After completing these training hours, you will go through mentor coaching which is conducted as per ICF guidelines, 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching.

In this online executive coach certification course we will also be covering organization development models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models and the other important executive coaching tools and technique, ICF coaching competencies and you will also practice core competencies of coaching and apply them in your executive coaching practice sessions.

Once you complete these modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure the learning effectiveness and application of learning.

After successfully completing the performance evaluation, you will be awarded with Coach Transformation Academy’s Certified Executive Coach certification. This certificate is valid with ICF and will need to submit to ICF to get ICF ACC Level credentials.
