

ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Certification Training
International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a gold standard in the coaching world. At present, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is the first level towards becoming a professionally-credentialed ICF Coach. Our ICF-ACC certification coaching aligned pathway programs are for dynamic, experiential learners who seek to be transformational coaches. Through interactive and live training experiences, we help you apply the training to challenges in both work and personal life. CTA coach training programs are instructor-led, based on adult learning principles, coupled with mentoring, to help you earn ICF-ACC credential. We help you pursue and complete rigorous training and practice requirements that help you achieve the following requirements as a part of ICF-ACC Credential process:
- 60 hours of coaching training – CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC – Level 1) training course is accredited for 60 hours by ICF.
- 10 hours of mentor coaching – CTA provides 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours of Group Mentoring and 3 hours of One-to-One Mentoring).
- Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) – CTA prepares you for your CKA.

As a part of the Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP), we also do a Performance Evaluation, and Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) preparation classes.
After achieving a minimum of 100 hours (75 paid) of coaching experience with at least 25 clients (as required by ICF), you become eligible to apply for ICF-ACC credential. Know more about the ICF Credentialing process.
