At present, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is the first level towards becoming a professionally-credentialed ICF Coach. Coach Transformation Academy (CTA) provides classroom and online coach training aligned with the ACC credential standards and requirements. CTA provides ACC certification coaching training, mentoring, and ample opportunities to complete coaching experience for ICF-ACC credential.

    Our ICF-ACC certification coaching aligned pathway programs are for dynamic, experiential learners who seek to be transformational coaches. Through interactive and live training experiences, we help you apply the training to challenges in both work and personal life. CTA coach training programs are instructor-led, based on adult learning principles, coupled with mentoring, to help you earn ICF-ACC credential. We help you pursue and complete rigorous training and practice requirements that help you achieve the following requirements as a part of ICF-ACC Credential process:

    • 60 hours of coaching training – CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC – Level 1) training course is accredited for 60 hours by ICF.
    • 10 hours of mentor coaching – CTA provides 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours of Group Mentoring and 3 hours of One-to-One Mentoring).
    • Performance Evaluation – CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC-Level 1) training course includes Performance Evaluation as required by ICF.
    • ICF Credentialing Exam – CTA supports you in Exam preparation conducted by ICF.

    As part of the ICF ACC Credential application process, you must confirm your coaching experience as an attestation. You don’t have to send a coaching log with personal client details to ICF, but ICF does carry out occasional checks to confirm applicants’ coaching experience.
