International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a gold standard in the coaching world. At present, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is the first level towards becoming a professionally-credentialed ICF Coach. - 60 hours of coaching training – CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC – Level 1) training course is accredited for 60 hours by ICF.
- 10 hours of mentor coaching – CTA provides 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours of Group Mentoring and 3 hours of One-to-One Mentoring).
- Performance Evaluation – CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC-Level 1) training course includes Performance Evaluation as required by ICF.
- ICF Credentialing Exam – CTA supports you in Exam preparation conducted by ICF.

The CTA Certified Professional Coach also includes Performance Evaluation and ICF Credentialing Exam preparation classes.
As part of the ICF ACC Credential application process, you must confirm your coaching experience as an attestation. You don’t have to send a coaching log with personal client details to ICF, but ICF does carry out occasional checks to confirm applicants’ coaching experience.
