- We conduct 4 hours of weekly classes for three months (2 hours of theory and 2 hours of Skill Building)

- An optional Business Builder module available
- Mentoring to complete the requirements of mentoring as per the guidelines of the ICF: Seven (7) hours of group mentoring & Three (3) hours of individual mentoring
In this certified executive coaching program, you will learn organization development models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models, and the other important executive coaching tools and techniques, along with ICF coaching competencies. You will also practice core competencies of coaching, and how to apply them in your executive coaching practice sessions.
