Let’s understand in detail how Coach Transformation covers this course to certify participants as a professional executive coach. We conduct our certified executive coach certification programs for 125 hours of coach-specific training in different formats to support professionals learning in different time zones. Our Fast-Track cohorts are 6 days and 10 days for Level-1 and Level-2 respectively. Similarly, weekend cohorts may stretch to 4 hours (Saturdays and Sundays). You can attend any cohort executive coaching training program according to your schedule and course availability. The program covers coach-specific training, mentor coaching, executive coaching specialization tools, and an optional business builder module (only on Level 2 courses). Coaches undergo mentor coaching, which consists of 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual coaching to complete the requirements of mentor coaching as per the guidelines of the ICF.
In this program, you will learn organizational development models, change management models and tools, coaching models and other important executive coaching tools and techniques, ICF coaching competencies and you will also practice core coaching competencies of coaching and apply them in your executive coaching practice sessions.
After you complete all the modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and application of your learning.
After successfully completing the performance evaluation, you will be awarded Coach Transformation’s SCPC (Level 2) certification. This certificate is valid with ICF and you will need to submit it to ICF to get ICF ACC/PCC Level credentials (on mentoring and experience hours completion).
