It is surprising to know how much someone can learn in two days. Coaching has always been my passion, and finally, taking the step to dig deep into it and learn made me realize that I am in the right place. This is the first thing I learned: to always go for your dream and what you really want, regardless of your profession or time.
On the first day, I was worried, thinking I had started late. Still, suddenly, I heard someone in the class saying, “It’s never too late.” This statement hit me too hard and gave me the energy even more to continue and do what I always wanted. I got this assurance from our group, and the diversity is impressive. It amazed me that regardless of age, nationality, culture, or even where you live, you can always chase your dream and seek learning.
Sharing a room with people from diverse backgrounds, all with the same goal and dream, is a truly fantastic experience. It’s a testament to the fact that regardless of our differences, we can all come together and support each other in our journeys.
By going further in training, I realized that what I have always been doing spontaneously in my life or with my friends or even at work can be a profession, and I cannot think of a better thing than to work or be a professional of someone it’s already in you.
I learned an exciting new term during the class: “Psychological safe space.” I learned how to create this safe space for someone to talk, trust, open up about their issues and fears, feel safe, and even be assured that I can ease their feelings and help them.
And even more than this is my feeling that someone is actually feeling safe and trusting, and that I can support them.
Being in this class taught me that being a life coach is not just a profession. It is a partnership and a journey with your client where you can improve their self-confidence, experience emotional healing, identify and clarify their goals, and even show them the path to start, how to release old feelings that might hold them from living their lives, be motivated with more clarity and action plans, change the “I tried to I can, and I will,” create and maintain healthy boundaries in life, how to improve their input and see more growth.
Being in the class gave me the chance to experience life coaching in real life. I had my first coaching session yesterday, and it was a transformative experience. I discovered many things about myself, even more than my client, while talking. I realized more how much I love to listen to someone’s stories and how I can dig even deeper by asking simple questions to open more gates and lead us to the solution gates.
One of the most significant shifts in my perspective during the class was about offering suggestions or solutions to clients. I always thought it was okay to do this, but then I learned that doing so might not help them as much. Instead, I realized the power of listening and guiding them to find their own solutions.
Everyone is whole and resourceful, and this is exactly what happened, according to what I heard in the class. I will always carry this with me.
After the session, I felt so happy and satisfied that I could help someone and shift their energy that much and see it myself. Then I realized how much life coaching means to me, even more than I already knew or thought about it.
The satisfaction and inner happiness I got from only one session made me want to do more and grow in this field.
I’m incredibly grateful for the insights and perspectives this class has given me. It’s opened my eyes to new ways of thinking, not just in my professional life, but also in my personal life. I’m excited to continue this journey of growth and learning.
Now, I am eager to learn more, evolve more, and become a professional in my passion. It is a blessing to be a professional in your love and actually make it your career. I want to live by helping people and leaving a positive mark in their lives.
I have always wanted to leave a good mark or make a positive change and transformation in someone’s life. For the past nine years, it has been my daily goal to wake up every day and try to positively impact someone’s day. Now, I will not only try; I will make it happen.
The class is giving me the chance to not only practice my passion in real life but also to make it my profession.
It is still shocking to think that it’s been only two days, as it feels like it was much more than this to learn so much in so little time.
