Business Coaching Certification Training Courses in Nigeria

This business coaching course is approved for 60 hours of coaching training and 10 hours of Business Coach specialization training, which is conducted online as 3.5 hours of weekly classes. We cover this course in 3 to 4 months of weekly classes; it includes online face-to-face training, assignments, 10 hours of mentor coaching and optional 10 hours of a business builder module which is optional and complimentary by Coach Transformation Academy.

Our Business Coach Certification course includes learning coaching models requires for business coaching, coaching tools and techniques to use while coaching whole business or individual business leader. You will learn to coach business by supporting your clients to design strategic vision, mission and goals for the business to defining effective working strategy aligning at each level in the business.

During this course, you will practice business coaching with your peers and your coach trainer will mentor coach you, as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual one on one mentoring.

If you wish to start your business as professional Business coach, you can choose to undergo business builder module after completing the required training. This business builder module is designed to create the sagacity to set up and establish a coaching business; it is conducted as 5 hours of live training and 5 hours of assignment.

At the end of the program, you will undergo final performance evaluation. Coaches who successfully complete the evaluation are with our certificate of Certified Business Coach.
