This Career coaching course is approved for 60 hours of coaching training and 10 hours of Career coaching specialization which is conduct online as 3.5 hours of weekly classes. You will also undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching, which is conducted as per the guidelines of ICF that is 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching.
In career coaching specialization module coaches will master their coaching skills in their niche. This specialization module is covered in 5 hours of online training and 5 hours assignments. As a career coach, you will undergo various career coaching models, tools and techniques, you will require while practicing as a career coach. We assure you after completing certified career coach training course you will be able to coach people on career change and fulfillment integration of building the foundations for the best of your clients with a realistic career action plan. Coach Transformation Academy also covers career coaching skills which are extremely useful to analyze your client’s current profile and their aspiration.
If you are starting your business as a professional career coach, you can undergo our optional business builder module of 10 hours, conducted as 5 hours of online training and 5 hours of assignment, this module is to ensure that coaches who want to start their profession as a career coach are ready to set up and establish their career right after completion of certified career coach training course.
