This executive coaching course is part of Coach Transformation’s level 2 program, which is the Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC), and is approved by the ICF for 125 hours of Coach-Specific Training. This specialized Executive Coaching Course for ICF PCC (level 2) certification will be shortened to 65 hours of training if you have completed 60 hours of coach-specific training or possess the level 1 credentials. Training time depends on the format you choose, as we have different training schedules. We conduct this executive coach training course in weekly online classes, and apart from that, we also provide our Level 2 programs in weekend and fast-track formats. All the courses consist of 10 hours of mentor coaching, conducted as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring, in addition to coach specific training. There is an optional Business Builder module that is offered to aspiring coaches who wish to start their profession as an ICF Certified Professional Executive Coach. Once you reach the end point after completing this much training, you will undergo our specialization module to master your coaching skills as an executive coach. This executive coaching specialization module is covered in 5 hours of training sessions and 5 hours of assignments.
