This online business coaching certification program is accredited by ICF and approved for 60 hours of coaching training; business coaching program is covered in 3 months of coaching training which is conducted as 3.5 hours of weekly face to face online sessions. This is offered with 10 hours mentor coaching and 10 hours of specialization module, both are approved by ICF. Mentor coaching is conducted as 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching; this mentor coaching will be conducted after completing 60 hours of coaching training. Coaches will also get detailed feedback from their coach trainer so that coaches can improve and enhance their coaching skills. Once you complete these many hours of business coach training now you will undergo specialization module of 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of assignment, this specialization module will help you master your coaching skills into business coaching skills to become a certified professional business coach.
