As a result, participants in any coach training program who successfully complete it are qualified to apply for four international certifications. Coach Transformation conducts its coaching classes in Weekend, Weekly, and Fast-track formats. Completing this executive coaching certification training program will take approximately 9–12 months from the time you attend the workshop in Thailand. 

This executive coaching course at Coach Transformation is part of our level 2 Coaching Certification Course, which is called the Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) training and consists of 125 hours of coaching training, followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, as per ICF guidelines. This mentor coaching will consist of 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching. After completing executive coaching training and mentor coaching, you will go through the specialization module, which is approved by the ICF. This module consists of 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of assignments. In this specialization module, you will master your executive coaching skills to become a certified professional executive coach. In this course, we also offer an optional but recommended Business Builder Module. Aspiring coaches can undergo our specialized 10-hour business builder module, which is a module of 5 hours of coaching training with 5 hours of assignments. This module prepares coaches to launch their careers as an executive coach at a global level.

This certificate is valid with ICF and will need to be submitted to ICF to get ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Level credentials.
