ICF Accredited Coaching Training Programs in France

Coach Transformation Academy offers 125 hours of ICF accredited coaching certification training programs online to the professionals living in France. We conduct this entire course in two levels. Level is professional coach certification which is conducted in 60 hours of coaching training and with some other training sessions. Level 2 is advanced professional coach certification which is conducted in 65 hours of coaching training after level 1 is completed. If you are starting your coaching career and want to become an advanced professional coach, you can also enroll for the entire program of 125 hours.

Below are the details of these two levels separately.

Certified Professional Coach (Level 1) 

Certified Professional Coach is the level 1 of ICF accredited coach training program, this course is approved for 60 hours of coaching training followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching. In this program, you will learn ICF core competencies of coaching, using core competencies of coaching into coaching conversations, you will also learn to understand behavioral and communication pattern of your clients and much more. We cover this course online professional coach certification course with 3.5 hours of weekly online sessions for 3-4 months.

As per the requirement of ICF coaches will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching which contains 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual coaching. You will get a detailed feedback from your coach trainer, this feedback is based on your coaching conversations so that you can improve and enhance your coaching skills according to your coach trainer. Once you complete mentor coaching, you can choose to go through our business builder module and specialization module. These are the best module that we designed for aspiring coaches who wish to become a professional coach and start coaching as their main profession in France. Business builder module is covered in 5 hours of online training and 5 hours of assignment, you will learn to make coaching presentation for coaching clients, what a coaches website should look like and some other tools to start and establish a coaching business successfully. Our specialization module is also covered in 10 hours which contains 5 hours of training and 5 hours of assignment, this module will make sure that you master your preferred niche and become a life coach, executive coach, career coach or a business coach.

After you completed this, you will be awarded with the designation of Coach Transformation Academy Certified Professional Coach (CPC – Level 1). Our certificate is valid to be submitted to ICF to get the credentials.

Certified Professional Coach (Advanced) (Level 2)

Advanced professional coach certification is (Level 2) of ICF professional coaching certification. We offer this course to coaches who have completed 60 hours of coaching training (Level 1), and wish to take their coaching skills and coaching career to next level. Coach Transformation Academy also welcomes those who are new to coach training and have not attended any coaching training before; in this case you need to undergo 125 hours of coaching training to complete this course and to achieve the credentials of advanced level 2. We cover this entire program in 6-8 months with 3.5 hours of weekly online classes.

During this course, you will learn advanced coaching models, tools and techniques. You will also learn advanced coaching psychology, organization and individual change models, transformational model in coaching, emotional intelligence and much more.
