Let’s look in greater detail how the Coach Transformation Academy covers executive coaching course to certify participants as a professional executive coach:

  • We conduct 4 hours of weekly classes for three months (2 hours of theory and 2 hours of Skill Building)

After you complete all the modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure you have a sufficiently high level of learning and can effectively apply that learning in real-life situations.

After completing the performance evaluation successfully, you will be awarded the Coach Transformation Academy’s Certified Executive Coaching certification. This certificate is recognized by the ICF.
