Coach Transformation provides an online career coaching certification Program specialization module that is offered as a part of our level 1 course, which is a 60-hour coach training program for working professionals and aspiring coaches in Spain. This ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredits a career coaching course for 60 hours of coach-specific training, which is covered in Weekly, Weekend, and Fast-track formats. After completing 60 hours of coaching training, you will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching, which is conducted in two parts; 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching. After this, you will undergo 5 hours of coaching training in the specialization module and 5 hours of assignments in this module. This specialization module will help you master coaching skills in your preferred niche to become a professional ICF career coach.

In this career coach training program, coaches will undergo various career coaching models, tools, and techniques that will help them practice coaching as a professional certified career coach. Coach Transformation also covers career coaching skills, which are extremely useful for analyzing your client’s current profile and aspirations.
Coach Transformation also offers an optional business builder module for aspiring career coaches who wish to start their profession as a professional career coach; this business builder module is covered in 10 hours of coaching training, which is conducted as 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of assignments on it. This specific Business Builder module in this professional career coach certification program contains business strategies, planning, designing coaching presentations for coaching clients, the structure of a coaching website, and other important tools to start and establish a successful business coaching career.
After successful completion of this career coaching training course, you will get Coach Transformation’s Level 1 certification, which is the coveted Certified Professional Coach (CPC). You can submit this certificate, along with other required documents, to the ICF for your ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentials.
