Business coaching course provides:
- 60 hours of coaching training
- 10 hours of business coaching specialization training
- Conducted online as 4 hours of weekly classes (2 hours theory and 2 hours of Skills Building)
- Practice business coaching with your peers
- 7 hours of group mentoring
- 3 hours of individual (one-on-one) mentoring
- 5 hours of live training
During this business coaching certification program, you will practice business coaching with your peers, and your coaching faculty will mentor you through seven (7) hours of group mentoring and three (3) hours of the individual (one-on-one) mentoring. If you wish to start your business as a professional business coach, you can also take the recommended Business Builder module after completing the required training. This Business Builder module is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to establish your coaching business and is conducted as five hours of live training, and five hours of assignments.
The Coach Transformation Academy will help you to start a successful business as a coach in Australia, or anywhere in the world. At the end of the program, you will undergo a final performance evaluation. Coaches who complete the evaluation will become a Certified Business Coach.
