The business coaching certification program is part of our Senior Certified Professional Coach (Level-1 & 2) program, which is accredited by the ICF Level 2 pathway for 125 hours of coach-specific training, including mentor coaching. Coach Transformation conducts this program in online classes for coaches in Brazil in weekly, weekend, and fast-track formats. After completing the required coaching training, coaches will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching to fulfill the requirements of ICF and as per ICF guidelines, we conduct mentor coaching as 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching. You will also undergo 10 hours of an optional business builder module, which is conducted as 5 hours of live training and 5 hours of assignment. This specialized module prepares you to establish your own business as a coach in Brazil or anywhere else in the world. This module helps you master coaching skills as a business coach.
If you wish to start your business as a certified professional business coach, you can choose to undergo the business builder module after completing the required training. This business builder module is designed to create the sagacity to set up and establish a coaching business.

International Certifications That Matter
The business coaching course at Coach Transformation is an internationally accredited coach training program. After completing training successfully, you will be conferred with the prestigious SCPC certification. As this level 2 course is accredited by ICF, EMCC, and SHRM, after completing the training hours, mentorship, and experience hours, you will be entitled to apply to ICF for PCC (Professional Certified Coach), SHRM (Recertification), and EMCC EQA (Practitioner) credentials. We will also be providing you with a toolkit that every coach needs to start his or her business as a coach successfully in Brazil or anywhere in the world.
At the end of the program, you will undergo a final performance evaluation. Coaches who pass the evaluation are awarded our certificate of SCPC for Certified Business Coach.
