We offer our Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification program as Level 1 and our Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) certification program as a Level 2 coach training program. We recommend the level 1 online coach training program to working professionals who want to grow in their current role in the organization and to aspiring coaches who wish to take coaching as their main profession. Level 2 is an advanced coach certification course recommended to professional coaches who have completed Level 1 of the ICF accredited coach certification program or aspiring coaches who wish to become Executive and Business coaches.

Certified Professional Coach (Level 1)
Certified Professional Coach (CPC) is level 1 of the ICF accredited online coach training program conducted at Coach Transformation. This course is approved for 60 hours of coach training, followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, 10 hours of the business builder module which is an optional module, and 10 hours of the specialization module.
As an ICF approved coaching certification training organization, Coach Transformation covers this course in weekly, weekend, and fast-track classes. To begin with the coaching education, you will undergo the basic coach-specific training required, and then you will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching, which is conducted as 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching as per the guidelines of the ICF. After completing mentor coaching in this ICF coach training program, coaches can choose to undergo the business builder module which is an optional module of 10 hours. We recommend this module to aspiring coaches who wish to start their profession as ICF Certified professional coaches.
After you complete all these required training hours, you will undergo a final performance evaluation test to ensure the effectiveness of your coaching learning, and Coach Transformation will award you with the certificate of Certified Professional Coach (CPC). As this course is accredited by the ICF and designed following the ICF guidelines, you can submit this certificate to the ICF to get your ICF coaching credentials as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach).

Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) (Level 2)
This is the advanced professional coach certification program at Coach Transformation. This program is accredited by ICF Level 2 for 125 hours of coaching training and is considered one of the best ICF accredited coaching programs. This is a standalone ICF level 2 coach training course. If you are starting your coaching career, then you have to undergo 125 hours of coaching training, and if you have already completed level 1 of ICF coaching, which is a program of 60 hours, then this program will be shortened to 65 hours of coaching training only in order to achieve the credentials of level 2 (PCC). This certification program not only prepares for the ICF PCC certification but also for the EMCC EQA (Practitioner) and SHRM (recertification).
This coaching training program contains advanced coaching models, tools, and techniques. You will learn advanced coaching psychology, organization and individual change models, transformational models in coaching, emotional intelligence, and much more.
