General Program Vision and Goals: This program is designed for trainers who wish to become a certified coaching skills trainer and organization willing to create pool of internal trainers to conduct coaching skills training within the organization. Coaching Skills Train the trainer programs aims to certify aspiring trainers who wish to become coaching skills trainer to conduct program in their organization or start their own coach training business. Our Coaching Skills trainer the trainer certification course fully equips participants to start training your own coaching students. Participants learn the coaching skills, coach mentoring skills and much more to be able to train on coaching skills effectively.
Course Modules Details:
There are 13 modules in this program which includes 11 modules of level 1 Professional Coach Training, module 12 for coach mentoring, coaching evaluation and module 13 is for trainer skills and business set up module. Participants will also undergo 10 hours of mentoring during these sessions which is separate from modules listed above, mentoring is done as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring.
Full course includes 13 modules as part of the curriculum and they are categorized as Coaching skills training, Coach as a Mentor training to learn how to mentor and evaluate coaching sessions and trainer skills module with business set up toolkit and guidelines. Number of hours of student contact time: The program is designed for 8 days of classroom training, 8 weeks of online sessions of 3.5 hours each. There are assignments and other non-instructor led learning engagements which needs to be completed during the program to get certified.
Learning goals: The goal of this program is to ensure participantsbecome competent in training coaching skills, core competencies, mentoring of coaches and to provide ongoing support to new coach trainers. Participants are provided with everything they need to start coaching skills training on their own. Our goal is to make sure that each participant will learn not just the coaching and mentoring skills but also learn to establish coach training business and get equip with multiple coaching tools and models.
