ICF Accredited Coach Training Programs in Ireland | ICF Certified Coach

Coach Transformation Academy conducts ICF coaching certification programs in two levels in order to cover 125 hours of coaching training. We offer certified professional coach program as level one and senior professional coach certification program as level 2. We recommend level 1 to working professionals and aspiring coaches, working professionals learn ICF coaching to grow in their current role in the organization and aspiring coaches do it to start their career as a professional coach. Senior professional coach certification program which is level 2 is an advanced coaching learning program and is recommended to coaches who have completed level 1 of ICF coaches or if you are a beginner and want to become an advanced level of coach we would like to recommend you to undergo our level 1 first.

Below are the details of these two levels separately.

Certified Professional Coach (Level 1)

Let’s understand how Coach Transformation Academy conducts and covers Certified Professional Coach level 1 of ICF coaching. This course is approved from ICF for 60 hour of coaching training and 10 hours of mentor coaching, we also offer business builder module with this course which is an optional module and can be chosen by aspiring coaches who wish to start coaching as their full time profession. We also offer specialization module which is an ICF approved module of 10 hours.

Coaches will undergo 60 hours of coaching training first, which is conducted as online face to face training with 3.5 hours of weekly classes, after these training hours, coaches will undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching which is covered in 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching, then coaches can choose to undergo our business builder module which is covered in 5 hours of training and 5 hours of assignment, this is an optional module for those who wish to make coaching as their full time profession, this module will make coaches ready to launch their coaching business successfully. Those who wish to master their preferred niche can undergo our specialization module of 5 hours of training to master their coaching skills as a life coach, executive coach, business coach or a career coach. Coach Transformation Academy will cover this level 1 in 3-4 months of complete training.

After you completed all these training hours, you will undergo a final performance evaluation test to ensure the effectiveness in your coaching learning, and Coach Transformation Academy will award you with its certificate of Certified Professional Coach. You will submit this certificate in ICF to get the credentials from ICF.

Certified Professional Coach (Advanced)(Level 2)

This is level 2 of ICF coaching certification offered as senior professional coach certification program of Coach Transformation Academy. This entire course is covered in 125 hours of coaching training. If you have already completed level 1 of ICF coaching with 60 hours of coaching training then you are eligible to attend only 65 hours of coaching training to achieve advanced level of credentials from ICF as senior professional coach. This entire course is covered in 7-8 months of coaching training, this course is also needs 10 hours of mentor coaching which is again conducted as it conducted in level 1 ( 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of one on one mentor coaching).

During this course you will learn advanced coaching models, tools and techniques. You will also learn advanced coaching psychology, organization and individual change models, transformational model in coaching, emotional intelligence and much more.
