Coach Transformation Academy is the largest coaching ICF certified coaching institute with a presence in more than 90 countries. Coach Transformation Academy offers ICF accredited life coach certification in Malaysia. Our life coaching courses are part of level-1 courses provided by the CTA, which is approved for 60 hours of professional life coaching certification training in Malaysia and the rest of the world. We conduct this program as 6 days of classroom training and 3 hours of weekly online sessions (once a week) over 3 months. Coaches will also undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching to fulfill the requirement set by the ICF. We split these 10 hours of mentor coaching into two parts, 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching.
Once coaches complete 60 hours of coach training, followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, we will be conducting a final performance evaluation test of the coaches to ensure the effectiveness of their coaching skills and learning, and according to their performance, they will get detailed feedback for their better improvement. This feedback will be provided by their coach or trainer. After qualifying in this test, coaches will be awarded our certificate for Certified Professional Coach (CPC), which needs to be submitted to the ICF in order to get the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the ICF.
