Coaches who wish to leverage their organizational development can join our SCPC program. CTA SCPC provides 125 hours of coach training approved under the ICF-ACTP pathway:
- 100 hours of coach-specific training
- 25 hours of assignments & fieldwork
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching
Furthermore, SCPC focuses on mentoring, assessment, and certification. Our SCPC program facilitates coaches to get an extraordinary experience to build their own coaching model.
You receive the Senior Certified Professional Coach certificate on completing the CTA SCPC training program. Also, you can use these 125 coach-specific training hours towards your ICF Credential.
