Certified Professional Coach (Level 1)
Certified Professional Coach (Level-1) is an ICF accredited coach training program. We recommend this course to those who wish to learn to apply coaching towards personal and professional advancement. The CTA CPC course is for managers, leaders, executives, professionals, and individuals who want to acquire coaching skills and certification for their practice. Our Level-1 course is ideal to know and gain ICF accreditation.
CPC Course Key Features:
- Course Duration: 60 hours
- ICF-Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (Level 1) course
- Face-to-face training: 48 hours
- Bonus: 10 hours of Mentor Coaching
- Pathway to ICF accreditation (ACC level)
Throughout the training, you will learn the art and science of coaching, ICF core competencies of coaching, how to use these core competencies, understand your peers’ behavioral and communication patterns, and much more.
ICF requires coaches to undergo 10 hours of mentoring, with 60 hours of coach training. As a CTA CPC student, you will go through 10 hours of mentor coaching. After completing mentor coaching, the student can choose to undergo coaching specialization (Team Coaching, Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Business Coaching, Executive Coaching) or business builder module. These advanced training courses are best for aspiring coaches who wish to become a full-time coach, implement ICF coaching competencies, and start working as a professional coach in Italy.

Senior Certified Professional Coach (Advanced) Level 2
Coach Transformation Academy offers the Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC, Level – 1&2) course for coaches who wish to advance their coaching skills and career to the next level. You can also enroll in this course if you are new to coach training. The CTA SCPC course supports becoming a certified professional coach and starting your own coaching business and practice in Italy.
The CTA SCPC course contains advanced coaching models, tools, and techniques based on ICF coaching, EMCC competencies, and more. You will learn about advanced coaching psychology, individual change models, transformational coaching, emotional intelligence, and much more.
CTA SCPC Course Key Features:
- Course Duration: 120 hours
- ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (Level 2)
- Face-to-face training: 100 hours
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching
- Pathway to ICF accreditation (ACC and PCC level)

CTA will support you throughout your coaching journey, even if you want to earn ICF accreditation after completing the SCPC course.
Once you complete all the course components, you will be awarded the CTA Senior Certified Professional Coach certification.
