Certified Professional Coach (Level 1)

Our Certified Professional Coach (CPC) program is the initial level of online ICF accredited coach training, endorsed by the ICF for level 1 coaching training and including 10 hours of mentor coaching. Throughout this course, you’ll delve into the art and science of coaching, grasp the ICF core competencies, and learn to apply them effectively in your interactions. With a focus on understanding coachees’ behavioral and communication patterns, this program offers flexible options such as Fast-track, Weekend, and Weekly formats, both online and in-class.

Mentor coaching, a requirement by the ICF, is provided in 7 hours of group sessions and 3 hours of individual sessions, offering detailed feedback on your coaching conversations to refine your skills. Following mentor coaching, optional coaching specialization and business builder modules are available, ideal for aspiring full-time coaches in Amman & Irbid in Jordan. These modules cover areas like life coaching, career coaching, and specialized business building.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain insight into various tools and models applicable to life coaching and career coaching. Those seeking to specialize further can pursue our Master Coach Certification (Level 3) program. Senior Certified Professional Coach (Advanced) (Level 2)

Coach Transformation offers an advanced coach certification course (ICF Level 2) designed for coaches who have completed 60 hours of ICF coaching training (Level 1) and are eager to enhance their coaching skills and career prospects. Alternatively, if you’re new to coach training and haven’t completed the prerequisite 60 hours, you can enroll in the comprehensive 125-hour course to qualify for Level 2.

Our ICF Level 2 coaching courses feature flexible scheduling options including fast-track, weekend, and weekly cohorts. The curriculum delves into advanced coaching models, tools, and techniques, covering areas such as coaching psychology, organizational and individual change models, transformational coaching, emotional intelligence, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

            In research and management roles, I've initiated and nurtured productive relationships between departments and organizations within a large private medical campus.

            Private therapy clients have included triathletes, physicians, business owners, emergency professionals, professors, domestic CEOs, educational administrators, executives, and attorneys, plus many children.

            As a health care provider at ease in multiple settings, I accept people just as they are and as a result, hear delicate spoken and unspoken concerns of clients and colleagues, and I ask the right questions for revealing solutions, developing confidence, and much more.

            Since being among the first 40 people nationwide to earn a rigorous healing certification in 2013, I’ve been invited to create and teach an undergraduate course “Biomechanics of Sport and Exercise”, completed two more full-length courses in seminary (2017 -18), earned two coaching certifications (2020), and published a collection of poetry (2020) and several blog articles.
