The Professional Certified Career Coach Certification Program is part of our level 1 coach training programs (Certified Professional Coach) and is an ICF accredited professional career coaching training certification program approved for 60 hours. In addition to learning career coaching skills, participants will undergo 10 hours of coach mentoring as required for ICF credentialing. Our classroom career coaching certification programs are conducted over 6 days of training. If you cannot make it to classroom training, you can join the entire career coaching course in the Philippines as an online program.
This career coach training course is approved for 60 hours of coaching training, with 10 hours of career coaching specialization module. This entire course will be covered in 3 months of coaching training, with training conducted in 3.5 hours of weekly online classes. Apart from our weekly/regular sessions, we also conduct classes in a weekend and fast-track format; you can opt for any format according to your preference and course availability. As per the guidelines of the ICF, coaches will also undergo 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the 10 hours of mentor coaching.
After you complete 60 hours of coaching training followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, you will get to master your coaching skills with online training of 5 hours of specialization module and 5 hours of assignments. To become a certified professional career coach, you will undergo various career coaching models, tools, and techniques that you will require while practicing as a career coach.
