Professional Career Coaching Certification Courses in Philippines

This career coach training course is approved for 60 hours of coaching training, with 10 hours of career coaching specialization module. This entire course will be covered in 3 months of coaching training, with training conducted in 3.5 hours of weekly online classes. Apart from our weekly/regular sessions, we also conduct classes in a weekend and fast-track format; you can opt for any format according to your preference and course availability. As per the guidelines of the ICF, coaches will also undergo 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the 10 hours of mentor coaching.

After you complete 60 hours of coaching training followed by 10 hours of mentor coaching, you will get to master your coaching skills with online training of 5 hours of specialization module and 5 hours of assignments.
