Once coaches meet the entire requirement of the ICF, they will undergo our 10-hour specialization module of business coaching, which is conducted as 5 hours of coaching training and 5 hours of assignment. After you complete the specialization module, Coach Transformation will conduct a final performance evaluation test to ensure the effectiveness of business coaching learning and to make sure that you are ready to achieve the certificate of Coach Transformation Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) for Business Coaching.
